our recent stay in matapalo exceeded expectations. villa de los monos was a gem, with a kind and helpful host who provided great advice. the property had everything we needed - a spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and even a refreshing swimming pool. highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
No hot water for shower.

Location was peaceful, 10 minutes' drive from Paseo Del Mar. Got private bathroom with a bathtub. The host met us with warm welcome.

During our two-day stay at Villa De Los Monos, Ramón, the owner, provided exceptional attention and hospitality. The location allowed us to easily visit nine beautiful beaches. The comfortable bed and refreshing swimming pool were perfect after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly helpful, providing precise directions and valuable recommendations for our trip. The house was well-equipped with a spacious bathroom, a kitchen with necessary appliances, and plenty of fans to combat the heat.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
